Bri At Ease was created for people who need real relief, intentional care, and a peaceful experience without the stress of traffic, waiting rooms, or rushing. I bring the spa directly to your space so you can fully relax where you’re already comfortable. This experience is for those who prefer to unwind in their own environment, where the body can soften, the nervous system can calm, and there’s no pressure to jump back into the world right after. When the spa comes to you, the healing doesn’t end when the massage is over. My approach is intuitive, therapeutic, and personalized. Every session is tailored to your body, your needs, and your goals whether that’s deep tension relief, relaxation, recovery, or consistent self-care. Cancellation Policy

💜 Bri At Ease — Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To protect my time, energy, and the quality of service I provide to every client, the following policies are strictly enforced.
1. Booking & Deposits
• A deposit is required to reserve all non-membership appointments.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or people.
• The remaining balance is due the day of service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Changes made within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
• Same-day changes are treated as late cancellations and follow the same 50% fee of original payment.

3. No-Show Policy
A no-show includes:
• Being 15+ minutes late without communication, or
• Not answering the door or phone at the scheduled appointment time.
No-shows result in:
• Deposit clients: deposit is forfeited.
• Membership clients: that session is forfeited.
• Non-deposit clients: the full service amount may be charged and future bookings will be limited.

4. Memberships (Weekly & Monthly)
• Membership payments secure your session, so no deposit is required.
• The 72-hour cancellation rule still applies.
• Cancellations under 72 hours or no-shows forfeit that session.
• Monthly memberships may include rollover if stated in the membership description.
• Weekly memberships do not roll over.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

5. Bundles / Packages
• Bundles are prepaid at a discounted rate.
• Bundles are non-refundable.
• Bundles may be gifted before first use; once started, they are only valid for the original client.

6. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client.
• If I arrive late, you will still receive your full booked session time.

7. Intake Forms & Waivers
• All clients must have an updated intake form and waiver on file.
• Forms are sent through the booking site and must be completed before the session begins.
• Incomplete forms may result in a shortened session or rescheduling under the 72-hour policy.

• I reserve the right to end a session early for any unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
• No refunds will be issued in these cases.
